Return & Exchange Policy

1. 15-Day Return Window

We accept return requests on eligible garments within 15 days of package delivery. Requests received after the 15-day period will not be eligible for returns or refunds.

2. Return Conditions

To guarantee approval, returned garments must meet these quality checks:

• Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• All original brand tags, labels, and packaging slips must remain attached.
• No stains, makeup marks, or alterations.

3. Processing Refunds

Once your returned package is delivered back to our logistics warehouse in Surat, our quality inspection team will verify the product. Approved refunds are processed to your bank details (via bank transfer for COD transactions) within 3 to 5 business days.

4. Exchange Policy

If you need a different size of the same style, we support free exchanges. Visit the dashboard or send an email to support@vogueclothe.com with your order details and requested exchange size.
