Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch & Processing

All products are shipped from our central hub in Surat, Gujarat. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation. You will receive SMS alerts as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

2. Shipping Charges

• All Orders: Free Delivery across India with no minimum purchase value required.
• Cash on Delivery (COD): Cash on Delivery handling is completely FREE for all transactions nationwide.

3. Delivery Timeline

Our primary logistics partners include Shiprocket, Delhivery, and Blue Dart. Delivery durations average:

• Metro Cities: 2 - 4 business days.
• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 3 - 5 business days.
• Rest of India / Remote Regions: 5 - 7 business days.

4. Package Inspections

Please do not accept packages that look damaged, taped over, or compromised. Reach out immediately to support@vogueclothe.com with photos of the package to request replacements.
